Dear , I can understand your concern for your wife's  suffering from pains .
The lower parts of your legs and your back  take the brunt of your day-to-day life. You shouldn’t have to be in pain, though.
 For your info  Any amount of medication will not help  cure unless you remove the causes  of sufferings .
Lack of essential nutrients ,lack of activity lack of rest and care , 
dehydration  , over exertion  ,
anxiety , 
constipation  may be causing pains and 
restlessness .
.Myoto  can be used but not for long . It causes some side effects like breathlessness , abnormally low BP , headache , 
hypersensitivity . Before starting it you must inform your doctor.
Including  
vitamin C  & D in natural form as veges fruit , banana , lemon juice
