Suggest Alternative Medicine For 2.5mg Rampril Without Side Effects

I am taking 2.5mg rampril for my high blood pressure but am experiencing several undesirable side effects, specifically, headaches, a feeling of anxiousness, shaking and nausea. I have been prescribed fluoxitine to counteract this but i feel this is making it worse. Are there any effective alternatives to Rampril which will not give me these side effects?
