Suggest Alternative Medicine For Prednisone

hi, i have a skin problem, the doctors told me that i have a lupus erithematosis ( it shows a red cercles in my front and remain for a month each one) i'm taking prednisone since 8 years,

any solution to replace the prednisone by another medicament (i tried the plaquenil and it does'nt work)
