Suggest Alternative Medicine For Nausea And Vertigo

I have struggled for almost 1 year now with nausea. It seems to be cyclical with bowel movements, but not always. It is always bad in the morning, and I can sometimes feel some dizziness in the mornings. My stomach muscles feel sore; I haven t been able to exercise...very much walking, bending over is awful, etc. makes me feel sick. I have lost 35 pounds in the last 4-5 months. When I m feeling nauseous, my head feels tight and hurts if I bend down. I sleep pretty much sitting up and 5-6 hours is the maximum I can sleep at night. I wake up in the morning with my stomach churning and doing flip flops. With this has come difficulty showering...I always feel sick in the shower??? Driving in cars is also difficult. I pretty much live on Zofran, so I seldom throw up, but feel like I could throw up much of the time. They have run many, many tests and done blood tests, I ve seen many specialists, but no one is figuring this out. I realize these are a lot of weird and not seeming to be connected symptoms, but out of desperation, I m asking. Can t stand to live like this, and not what I expected at 65 years old when I finally retired!

Thorough neurologic evaluation is mandatory for the final diagnosis and further course of action.
