Suggest Alternative Medicine For Pseudoephedrine And Triproldine

Actifed with pseudoephedrine 60 mg and triproldine 2.5 mg worked great for my husband's allergies but we cannot find it on the market. Can you suggest something else with these two ingredients? He has tried Singulair, Allegra, Claritin and Zyrtec and none helps.
