Suggest Alternative Medicine To Control BP Other Than Bisoprolol

my son 25 yr old 180cm ht and weighing 96 kg now is on bisoprolol 5mg daily and repace 50 twice daily since 6 years. when he is mentally upset his bp goes to 160/120 even with this drugs, he is being investigated for secondary htn and could not detect any defect and bp is considered primary, suggest alternative drug to control his bp
