Suggest Alternative Medicine To Stop Nicotine Addiction
I am an engineering student from Bangladesh. 22 years old, 5 feet 9 inch, 50kg weight, male.I have been smoking for almost 3.5 years. I need 4 to 6 cigarettes (medium nicotine level) everyday. Please Suggest me some alternative medicine that will help to stop my nicotine addiction easily. May be, I can not afford very expensive ones. Thank you.

Hi dear,
to quit nicotine you must have a good motivation then and then one can help you.
first of all decide a quit date for smoking.
and in between decrease the amount of smoking with help of medication like bupropion, etizolam, clonazepam etc and also nicotine replacement lozenges or gums.
is there any withdrawal symptoms you have if not smoking?
consult psychiatrist for detail counselling.
