Suggest Alternative To Surgery For Removal Of Cervical Polyp

Hi doctor, please please help. My 11 year old daugter was just diagnosed with a cervical polyp and it needs to be removed surgically as per what the gyneacologist said. Im concerned about my daughters virginity. Is there any other way this polyp can be removed.
