Suggest Alternative Tp Restatiol For TIA

i had a tia & they say that i shouls stop taking restatiol i mg cause it can cause strokes.so now iam not going to take that due to doc orders,what can i take ? i had a total histerectomy 40 yrs ago.and was taking estrogen 062 for yrs .got to expensive,so they switch me to estratiol 2 yrs ago/what can i take now>
