Suggest Alternative Treatment For Recurrent Melasma

Hi doctor i have melasma since 2008. i have tried chemical peeling , lemon juice, banana peel, papaya scrub , and sandal wood powder. I have also used hydroquinone etc all works temporarily. it lightens and comes back again what do I do well i do go for swimming. I love that. Cant keep away from that!!! PS : I use sunscreen SPF 50

As per my clinical experience, the recurrent melasma is most likely relative to immune mediated mechanism of melatonin metabolism disturbances. The particular antibody evaluation, skin biopsy is mandatory for the in depth evaluation of the cause.
