Suggest Alternative Treatment For Severe Constipation

UAM 25 years old .I have been suffering from severe constipation from the age of 11.constipation along with mucus discharge .now a days I have completely lost the sense of feeling to defaecate even though my faecus is full till the rectum,I noticed this by touching with my hand.I think my external and internal splinter have stopped working.while defaecating the size of faecus is too thin and taking much time to come out.am trying by my own to discharge my waste out.stomach is swelling too much eventhoigh I ate little food.even though I take enema or castor oil it is not coming out automatically.pls suggest me what to do.

Constipation and dehydration can cause mucous to be discharged through anus from colon. Actually this is stool itself up to a large extent. But it seems as if mucous. Increased mucus could also be a sign of inflammation and other illness and the mucous membrane could breaks down. This leaves the body more open to infection. Therefore, I suggest consulting a physician for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
