Welcome to Healthcare magic.
1. It depends on the stage, what all the lesion ( cancer ) involving, some time operation only will be the treatment of choice.
2. If she is doing well with other health related things - recommend surgery as it will prolong the life little longer.
3.Chemo and Radiotherapy will definitely help in some extent.
4.Last thing if she can not tolerate - Palliative ( symptomatic treatment) will be given
Any thing to ask ? don't hesitate. Thank you.
