Suggest Alternatives For Dynepres And Bascoghust For Removal Of Kidney Stone
Dear Doctor, I have been suffering from kidney stone on my left kidney of 6mm, now which is in ureter. Due to which I suffering from renal pain. I have been given dynepres capsule and bascoghust and Ultracet for 3 days. But I have finished 2 days doses already but my stone was not removed. Please let me know if any other medicine I can consume to get rid of this stone without surgery. I am allergetic to sulpha. I already have undergone kidney stone surgery twice in a year. And last surgery happend just 6 months ago. So I really dnt want to undergo any further surgery. Thanks in advance.
I suggest you to drink more fluids. (Increase to 2 to 3 liters a day; preferably water, but lemonade, orange juice, and other drinks are options). Limit animal protein (found in meat, eggs, fish). Control sodium intake (less than 1500 mg/day). Limit oxalate (found in spinach, nuts, wheat bran). Also, you can make an urine test if you have infection you may need antibiotics.
