Suggest An OTC Medication For Hip Pain

My pain is not bone, muscle or anything like that. It appears to be nerve ending related. The pain is not isolated, it seems to be mainly in the hip but also in the groin and down the left leg occasionally. Is their an over-the-counter product that can relieve the constant ache?

Thanks for the query
The hip pain you have can be relieved by combination of drugs NSAID medicine( Ibuprofen 400 mg ))9)& vitamin B12 preparation (Nerobion plus) pill -over the counter ,To be taken wice a day after food.
You need to get MRI of lumber spine & hip joint in addition ,to confoirm causative factor &get expert physiotherapist's advise &start doing physiotherapy regularly for long term relief.
