Suggest An Alternate Medicine For Zincovit Taken For Hepatitis B

Hello sir, how are you doing?? Williams from Nigeria. I have been diagnosed with hepatitis B and been placed on Tenofovir 300, Rekool_20 and Zincovit. But I seems to be reacting to Zincovit and the Rekool_20 also seems not too effects because I take one tablet before breakfast. I always have Gass issues with my stomach, I find it difficult to beach at times.
