Suggest An Alternative For Co Tenidone

Hi, Co Tenidone -I have been on this tablet 50mg for many years. 2 yeras back my doctor told me I should come off them - ever since he has been changing me from drug to drug - mainly ace inhibitors, but none of them worked and my bp was high - usually 150/98. In the end my doctor has put me back on a higher dose of Co Tenidone 100mg. My bp is now average 113/78 but my pulse rate is 49? That seems very low? Also I am getting a lot of stomach upsets. Are there no newer tablets that I could try that would work as well as Co tenidone?
