Suggest An Alternative For Mood Swings

Hi there, Ive just started being sexual active and I had previously used marvelon and yasmin how ever I reacted badly to them. Marvelon I had really bad mood swings and yasmin I kept getting heart palpitations and high blood pressure. However, Marvelon was a good pill in that it helped with my skin. Is there a better pill that works similar to marvelon without the mood swings? Thanks
