General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

Basically there is not difference in the formula of these medications which are used in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer which is not responding to other standard treatment involving platinum based chemotherapeutic agents.

Since these are target based treatment of cancer, you are advised to visit your treating oncologist for the alternate medications.

Hope this answers your query.
Wishing you good health.
