Suggest An Alternative Medication For Parkinson S Disease

My father has early Parkinson s disease and has been prescribed sinemet plus 1-1-0. He is having sleep problems. He goes to bed at 10pm and falls a sleep but gets up at 1am and has to read for an hour or so before falling asleep again . What could be the problem?

eg:don't wary it need calmeban or xanax low dose to avoid sleep disturbance stop caffeine or smoking
