sir I am diabetes patient since last 15 years but present our sugar fasting 180 to 200 since last 1 year I am taking medicine glycomet gp2 with bgr34 but no improvement kindly suggest if any medicine in ayrved and what effect if I take aurved medicine darul haldi water and bidarikand regards

You can take ACARBOSE along the medicines you mentioned, if not improved after taking this combination, you can go for insulin based on your glucose level.
