Suggest An Alternative Medication To Prednisone

I was given prednisone for pain on my rotator cap ostoarthritis on june 22 for 10 tablets taken for 10 days, however, now I have pain and cannot sleep the doctor s office is closed and prescription was no refillable. What medicine can I take similar to that is non-prescription that will help relieve the pain. I m allergic to Advil. thanks

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain is more concern then it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day and it can be added with Tab Acetaminophen, hope this information helps.
