Suggest An Alternative Medicine For Montek LC When Having Asthma

Hi I m taking montek lc more than 3 yrs as doctor advice me for 6months but due to asthma problem i have to take this and also taking duolin inhailer i m little bit aware about side effect but pls suggest me substitute of this medicine which is of no side effect Regards Anurag

Montek is a trade name for montelukast which can be used for allergies or asthma.

You may or may not have any side effects from using this medication, most persons do not have any problems.
Side effects from medication are only potential problems, they may not occur.

There are no other drugs that are directly similar to singulair. There are medications that may help but may or may not be as effective eg ketotifen.
