Suggest An Alternative Medicine For Wysolone For Ulcerative Colitis
What is the alternative for Wysolone. My wife is suffering from Ulcerative colitis for the last 6 years and had 3 relapses for which she had to take Wysolone 20 mg with staged reduction to 5 mg and then off. What is the safest steriod alternative for Wysolone or any other food alternative so that she can gain a bit of weight and have normalcy in her life?

Wysolone is considered to be the apt steroidal medicine for ulcerative colitis with minimal side effects. So i don't have knowledge of any better steroidal drugs for this condition. There medicines for the disease in Ayurveda and Homeopathy which u May opt for further treatment.
