Suggest An Alternative Of Azithral For Throat Pain

i have been prescribed Azithral 250 mg and have been taking the medication for throat pain. the pain subsides for sometime but resurfaces. It does happen though that even after i gargle with Betadine i still experience a pain. it has been 4 doses of Azithral now (total 1000mg) but the pain still exists. Please tell me what to do, I am 36 years old, 72 kgs and stand around 175 cms tall and often prone to ENT problems. Please advise if i should change my medicine.
