Suggest An Alternative Of Elleste Duet

I was on elleste duet for 2.5 yrs which caused blood in my urine and lower ab pains. I had a 7lb weight gain but was controllable. Doctor changed me to solo and in 4th month and have gained another 7lb -10lb and look pregnant. I train everyday weights yoga, cardio and weight is increasing daily. I was told the get I was originally on was not appropriate as have had a hysterecetomy 4yrs ago. Would patches be better? To shift this weight as eat clean and calorie controlled and should not be gaining weight at this rate. Is there alternative

These tablets estrogen in different forms which is necessary for hormone replacement therapy to prevent post menopausal Syndrome in women.But these pills tend to cause weight gain as side effect but they do not so much significant weight gain.you need to carefully monitor on your exercise and diet.Even if you take in patches the composition and dose remains almost same.
