General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There are many of the anxiety medications which do interfere with sex performance and satisfaction.

In my clinic, I do recommend intake of melatonin ( 3 mg ), a prescription drug that helps to maintain circardian rhythm of sleep and anxiety control without altering sex desire and performance ; but you should discuss the same with your consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
