Suggest An Alternative To Nortriptyline

Hello, I am currently Prescribed 75mg of Nortryptylien, once daily. I have been on this for . 7 months. My pharmacy told me 8 days ago that they ran out of inventory. I feel terrible and like I am going to passout when I stand up? Other scripts are fluvoxamin, ambien, proprananol, colonodine, trazadone, tizanidine . Should I have been taken off nortryptyline gradually? I have been 8 days cold turkey? Clueless in NY. I have an appointment with my Primary Physician next week.

Amitryptiline can be used, in spite of nortriptyline availability. The same dosage according to your body weight.
