Suggest An Alternative To Prednisone For Treatment Of Arthritis

Hello, I have erosions in my small intestine from NSAIDS. I take the NSAIIDS for arthritis. I am 51 and want to put off knee replacement has long has I can--due to having osteoperosis from 17 years of Prednisone. Can you think of an alternative to the Mobic (NSAID) for my arthritis? I do want the erosions to heal in my small intestine.
