Suggest An Alternative Treatment For PCOS And Irregular Menstruation
I am suffering from PCOs for two years. The doctor suggested Norgest 5 mg for 7 days and get into the mentrual cycle and then start Loette (28 days cycle) for six month to get regular... But it didn t happen.Till i was in medication , it was regular and after medication also it continued for two or three months , then the irregularity started again.. I got frustrated and I din t see the doctor since then. I am 34 years old and have a girl child of almost 6 yrs now. My weight is always fluctuating. this time it has been three months since my last cycle and i have gained 4 kilgrams. I feel always in fatigue almost like more than one month , my legs and the whole body feel very weary and my head specially back the brain part , it hurts, it is hard for me to wake up in the morning too.. I have noticed the increment of vaginal watery discharge. Can you suggest me what is happening with my body?
