Suggest An Alternative Treatment For Sinusitis And Asthma

I am suffering from sinusitis and asthma both.I am taking montec lc tablets since 1 year, it was working well but nowadays It works sometimes nd sometimes it doesn t and I m really fed up cause of these problems. How can I eradicate it permanently?Please help!
