Suggest An Effective Alternative For Oxycodone

I have a server back injury, I had back surgery in July 2013, and the surgeon fused my lower back, and have 6 screws, anyway the surgery didn t work, maybe 6 months later, so I have been taking oxycodone 10-325 ever since at 6 every day, they don t work on my pain anymore, just my neouraphy on my feet, so what is stronger than what I am taking?

You can consider alternatives like Gabapentin. In severe cases you can also opt for ketamine sublingual preparation.
