Suggest An Effective Antidepressant For Lack Of Interest In Social Interaction

Suffer from depression (difficulty getting out of bed, isolation) and anxiety (overwhelmed by regular activities of daily living). Flat affect, lack of interest in social interaction, sex, eating. Difficulty in sleeping. Feelings of worthlessness. Experience panic attacks. Have diabetes type2 (in tight control), hypertension, CAD. What antidepressant would you suggest?

T. Bupropion SR 150mg once a day can be taken.
take the medication for 3 days if you start feeling better than consider increasing to
T. Bupropion sr 150mg twice a day
