Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain first of all I would like to tell you that skin colour is genetically determined and the complexion that you have at the time of birth, you cannot get fairer than that and improvement can be achieved only if you have got a darker skin colour due to some external conditions like sun tann, stress, hyperpigmentation due to a number of environmental and medical causes..
In case if it is your skin colour since birth it cannot be improved..
If there is darkness which has occurred with time in that case you can use a glycolic acid containing facewash like AHA glow, melaglow etc.
You can apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid, arbutin.
Take Vitamin C supplements.
Exfoliate your face once a week..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Avoid sun exposure and always apply a sunscreen lotion containing SPF 50 whenever exposed to sun..

You can also consult a Dermatologist and get certain in-office techniques done like Photofacial, Galvanic facials, Microdermabrasion, glycolic acid peels etc..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
