As you would know the isotretin would have to be used with contraceptive cover.

There are different types of contraception. It oral contraceptives, condoms, intrauterine devices, contraceptive patches,injections etc

There are a wide range of oral contraceptives, if you have no history of migraines , clotting or breast cancer, you can use one of the estrogen/progesterone contraceptives

You may want to discuss your options with your doctor.
