Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety and ADD are not mental diseases. They are aptly called mental disorders. Mental disorders needs a combination of treatment. These combination includes drugs, yoga, meditation, psychotherapy and prayer. Yoga and meditation streamline your body and metabolism. Psychotherapy streamline your thinking process and life style. Prayer gives you confidence. These are essential for your ADD.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement.
