Suggest Anger Prevention Methods
I am suffering anger problem, rage and severe insomnia. Please suggest some medication which i surely take consulting a doctor. I live in a place where we do not have good psychologist or psychiatrist.
Also in India if you know any center where they have systematic behavioural therapy residential centers, please advise me.

In anger management, you can try relaxation exercise, drink water when feel anger, try to speak to self away from condition, take deep breath while facing anger situation etc. You can either go for online consultation or can go to any medical college with psychology set up. In medicine, i would suggest you oxecarbamazepine that you can get after psychiatrist consultation.
