Suggest Anti-depressants For A Lactose Intolerant Person
I am lactose intolerant and have been perscribed citalopram. I have IBS and have had a very bad reaction over the last week, nausea, headache and extreme loose bowels. After 4 days I changed the dose to 10 mg but am still having issues. I only discovered that this medication has lactose in it today. Are there other anti-depressants that do not contain lactose? My GP has previously been notified of my intolerance. YYYY@YYYY

Hence , antidepressant preparations that do not contain lactose are:
Amitriptyline
Clomipramine
Imipramine
Lofepramine
