Suggest Antidepressants, Which Do Not Result In Swelling As A Side Effect

My nephew died in a car wreck 2 years ago. His mother is just in horrible shape. She will not get therapy because she said, If he is not going to tell me that he will be walking through the door, then he cannot help me. I take Lexapro and it helps. Every time his mother tries an anti-depressant, she swells up like a balloon. Her face and hands get huge. She has tried at least 5. I know she has tried Lexapro,paxil, Prozac, and some new one on the market that costs about 3 hundred dollars a month. I was over at their house tonight and she is laying in bed crying hysterically and holding his shirt close to her face. Is there any kind of antidepresant that might not make her swell. She also has had chronic fatigue for about ten years. I can t bear to see her like this.
