I m currently taking levothyroxine and having a difficult time loosing weight. I excercise and limit my meals, but I haven t seen any results. Is there a weight loss product that can help me loose at least 20 lbs. and won t interference with my thyroid medication?

First off, unless your TSH level is below 2.0 you need an increase in your thyroid medication
There are no truly effective weight loss over the counter products, but I highly recommend the book Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman M.D. which will instruct you on a very effective weight-losing diet
