Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Pain In Shoulders

I cannot take Viodine or Percocet and would like to see if there is any herbal alternative or something that can be used? I prefer not to take medications so strong due to fear of ever being addicted to anything. I had surgery to my shoulder recently and I am still in a lot of pain. Thanks.

Fomentation with anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant herbs offer good relief. From your description it is bit difficult to diagnose as to what is the cause of pain or it is just the outcome of surgery. You can try tab. myostal for symptomatic relief. Dashmool, gul tesu and babuna are good for fomentation.
