Suggest Best Insulin Dosage During Pregnancy

my wife is 29 years age. now she is 29 weeks now. she is having high blood sugar. She is taking HM 30 16pts in morning and 10pts in night.Today we again checked the Blood sugar it is now Fasting 187 and 2 hrs after breakfast 253. how much we have to take insulin again and will it make any problem for the delivery
