What it the best medication or supplement to take for high Thyroid, I just had a thyroid blood test and it showed that my thyroid level was at 430. Going to the doctor ( primary care doctor) this week, so would like to know about what he says, maybe you can give me a little help

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice
If this is the thyroid dysfunction you are having then you have to take the medicine and it is the only option you have, you gave very little information here, actually TSH, T3 T4 fT4 fT3 was needed here from this, we could say that it is the hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, from the little information provided I could guess it could be hypothyroidism, and for that medicine is important, you have not even said something about age and gender.
