Suggest Best Techniques To Overcome Anxiety And Depression
I m having worry and anxiety. I cannot attribute these symptoms to any specific thought or experience, in other words I cannot figure out why I am worried. While there could be underlying factors involved, I m generally worried about things I cannot control. All of this just makes it worse. I am shaking and my heart is beating rapidly. I tried breathing techniques and I attempted controlling my cognitive processes but this hasn t seemed to help. I m caught in a loop of constant stress and fear. I don t want to take medication for these symptoms. What are the best techniques I can use to calm myself down?
You should just forget about all your worries. Just relax down and left the unnecessary thoughts from your mind. If you do not want to take medicines, do some light exercise regularly. Keep yourself busy by doing some activities. Talk with your family members or colleagues and do gossips with them for sometime. Keep your mind refreshing all the time.
