Suggest Best Time To Take Morphine, Panadol, Maxalon

Hi i have an assignment and the question is What times should Mrs Footloose have her medications and why? the meds are as follows; Morphine 5-10mg IM/IV 4/24 prn, Panadol 1 gram QID, Maxalon 10mg IM/IV/O TDS prn, Clexane 40mg daily, Coloxyl & Senna 2BD prn, Coversyl 5mg daily, Vit D one daily, Metformin 500mg BD, Nexium one daily, Caltrate 600mg daily, and Mylanta prn. if you could help me it would be appreciated.
