STDs are more than 30 in number. Different STDs are caused by different virus, different bacteria, fungus, parasites and protozoa. Treatment also differs accordingly. If you are able to specify the exact nature of STD, then we would be able to discuss more. Cobadex is vitamin preparation and only a supportive for treatment and not a real curative medicine for STDs.
