Suggest Better Treatment For Acne Scars And Pimples

hello doctor I am Chandresh , 37 years old , I have using different kind of creams and ointment to cure pimples and acne , the only cream which helps me is BETNOVAT-N , i have read abt the side effects so wanna discontinue it , Please guide me abt the oral as well as the topical treatment for facial acne , i have Bezoly Peroxide, Retino-A cream , Adapaline but of no use , I am so much concerned abt my face ,feels humiliated with acne scars and big blind pimples ...........PLS HELP.............

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne scars and pimples which occur due to hormonal changes and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should use product containing benzoyl peroxide .Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
