Suggest Better Treatment For Hemiplegia

My father has weakness in the limbs. He had hemiplegia. In hemiplegia the hands and legs on one side of the body become very weak. He was unable to lift the hand ad leg, unable to walk. He is on treatmetn but still it is the same. I think nothing can be done once the patient gets it.
