Suggest Birth Control Measures After Having Unsafe Sex

This is a weird situation of my friend. She had protected sex on 09-10-2015 but unfortunately condom broke. She said she took smart pill within 3 hours. But after 36 hours of taking pill she discovered the broken condom coming out of her vagina while peeing. Is there chance that sperm stuck in that condom lead to pregnancy? Is she adviced to have another smart pill due to the stuck condom? Urgent help required

First of all I want to know what is smart tablet, It should be emergency contraceptive pill. If you took emergency contraceptive pill within 3 hours, there is nothing to worry. Emergency contraceptive pill acts by preventing implantation of fertilized egg to uterus. So sperm stucked in condom will not cause any pregnancy.
Please use condoms or other methods of contraception to prevent unwanted pregnancy in future. More dosage of emergency pill is not recommended. Taking more than one emergency contraceptive pill in 3 months can cause serious side effects. You can also do a pregnancy test to rule out slightest chance of pregnancy.
