Suggest Blood Test To Assess Level Of Vitamins And Minerals

Are there any lab test which can accurately show the levels of vitamins and minerals in my body? While it will be good to know levels of all the major vitamins and minerals (as my body is a mess right now doctors are unable to zero in on the problem). I am specifically looking for my zinc, magnesium and selenium levels.

The most important vitamin tests for you would be VITAMIN D3, VITAMIN B12 and FOLATE levels. Other mineral tests also are available at some centres at request. But, leaving all these aside, what is the actual problem to your health?
