General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The chronic otitis can cause the lymph glands behind and around the ears. The chronic otitis could be due to the middle ear infection and can lead to the infection of the internal ear or pressure over it causing dizziness and light headedness.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and ascorbic acid.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
